At trade & tonic, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
Important: We are NOT a broker or financial service provider. This refund policy applies only to subscription fees for our educational platform, not to any trading losses or investment outcomes.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 New Subscriptions
If you purchase a paid subscription (Pro tier), you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason.

3. Subscription Renewals
3.1 No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused portions of the subscription
Renewal payments
Subscription upgrades or downgrades

Subscription services provide continuous access to:

Ongoing platform maintenance
These costs are incurred immediately when you subscribe, not proportionally over time.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

5. Free Tier Accounts
5.1 No Refunds
Free tier accounts do not involve payment, so refunds do not apply. The Free tier provides:
3 comprehensive stock analyses per day
Access to basic platform features
No credit card required
No hidden fees
5.2 Upgrade Anytime
You can upgrade to Pro tier anytime. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Service Outages
If our Service experiences significant downtime (>24 hours) due to our fault:
Pro users may receive account credit
Credit amount determined case-by-case based on impact
Contact support@tradeandtonic.com to request credit
6.2 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to our error:
Full refund of the erroneous charge
Immediate correction of billing

6.3 Duplicate Charges

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles:

Refunds appear on your statement: Depends on your bank (typically 5-10 days)
